The head office decided to set up a strategy of purchase common for 3 establishments to decrease its operating expenses by negotiating the current contracts, and by reducing the number of supplier. The next mission of Hozea is to outsource the worthless secondary services added.

Problematic:

At the request of the shareholders, we worked on a new positioning of the company integrating a financial analysis. With this study, we accompanied them in the searches for investment and we facilitated the change of management.
