-          Feasibility study: with market study and marketing plan, the objective of such analysis is to identify profitability and financial feasibility of the project via cost analysis, incomes, and project constraints.

We set up business plan as well as project coordination for buildings. We can also help you to present Business Plan to your financial partners (investors, banks).

Project management

An outside and expert vision of your project is key to success. With our involvement, you can stay focus on your main activities by letting us manage schedules, budgets, and success of your project.
