After having been involved in a sales department of The President WTC (4* - Brussels) he left, into hotel chain in England ( Ramada Renaissance). He works as manager for hotel chains and companies owned by private owner. In 2003, he launches his agency of special event managements and catering as well as his own company of advice in Hotel, Catering and Leisure Management. Besides of the development, the follow-up, the optimization of the incomes, he realized loads of projects for the sectors of the hotel business, the catering and for local authorities.

Nicolas evolves in the area of communication and project management since several years. After obtaining his degree at Glion Hotel School classified among three better hotel school in the world, he integrates a Master of Project management of ESC Lille. Having completedhis studies, he is named EMEA Mid Market Product Manager of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, world leader of business travel. He joins then the global marketing communication headoffice as Project manager to manage product launches for the company. In 2008, he has created Naho Conseil, a company specialized in the hotel industry and environmental management.
